OUR COURSES
Surf lessons offer beginners a safe and effective way to learn the basics of surfing:
Instructor Introduction: Meet your surf instructor at a designated spot with suitable waves for beginners.
Safety Briefing: Your instructor will provide safety instructions, including surfboard handling, proper positioning, and what to do in case of a rip current.
Equipment: You'll be provided with a soft surfboard, lycra, and a leash.
Beach Instruction: Learn basic techniques such as paddling, getting on the board, and catching and riding waves before entering the water.
Water Practice: With the instructor's guidance, practice what you've learned in the water. They'll help you position yourself to catch waves.
Feedback and Tips: Receive continuous feedback and tips from your instructor to improve your technique throughout the lesson.
Riding Waves: As you progress, attempt to catch and ride waves. The instructor may assist you in catching your first waves.
End of Lesson: After a 2-hour lesson, return your equipment and have a debrief with the instructor, who may provide additional advice for future surf sessions.
